We are ACC registered, there is no need for a referral from your GP. Just come in and see us if you are in pain.
Acupuncture, physiotherapy and osteopathy are covered by ACC.
ACC - New client
If you have an existing ACC number or would like us to issue you one.

ACC - Returning client
Clients with existing ACC number in a current treatment protocol.

Private - New client
New client without an accident as a mechanism of action to your pain.

Private - Returning
No ACC and continuing a treatment protocol.

Children/Youth
New born babies or youth. If it is an accident ACC is available.

Remedial, relaxation, or pregnancy massage. Southern cross available.

Cancellation policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. There are lots of people needing our help and we have a waitlist. A cancellation fee of $45 will be charged if you give less than 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment. If you do not show for your appointment, charges will be charged as a full appointment price.
Payments
Appointments must be paid for on the day of treatment.
Eftpos, credit card and cash are accepted forms of payment.
Insurance
Most Insurance providers will offer a rebate on Osteopathic treatment and Massage.
Please check with your provider to ensure you are eligible.
Some providers also will cover acupuncture and massage.
ACC
Acupuncture and osteopathy treatments are covered by ACC, you will need to pay the surcharge. Only an osteopath can lodge your ACC45 form for your claim. We can not organise medical certificates to give you time off work, you need to see your GP.
